Setup my email Signature
Click the gear in the upper right hand corner of the outlook.com site to enter settings. (see attached screenshot)
1 Click mail heading on left
2 Click compose and reply in layout area
3 in the e-mail signature area
4 Name your signature
5 Click the picture attachment icon to add your pre-made signature file I sent you.
6 Click save
7 Click drop-down box next to For new messages: and select the name of your signature file you just saved.
8 Click drop-down box next to For replies/forwards: and select the name of your signature file you just saved.
9 Click save again
